Christian is focused on helping individuals and small businesses in Northern Kentucky and Lexington turn around, recover, and emerge from financial distress.
Christian and his wife and partner in all things, Dolores, opened their first business in 2000 and their second by 2003. Christian leveraged his business acumen for the benefit of a variety of small business owners and entrepreneurs, whom he served as a consultant beginning in 2004. Together, Christian and Dolores owned and operated several restaurants in Brooklyn, NY until 2006.
Beginning in 2009, Christian immersed himself in the study of the law while working as a legal clerk for a fast-paced creditor rights firm and as an extern with the Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of Ohio.
As a new lawyer, Christian was employed with the City of Covington, KY where he was trusted as the lead negotiator and draftsperson for complex real estate development and vendor transactions. While serving the City of Covington, he devised and implemented innovative programs which facilitated the transfer of blighted properties to community-minded residents and real estate developers.
Through his practice, Christian pursues his passion for debtor-creditor law, supporting entrepreneurs, and building on his expertise with real estate and business transactions.
